Building History

The Aloha Terrace Apartments were ready for occupany on 05/15/1948, according to a classified advertisement in the Seattle Times. This advertisement read: "Most individual apartments in city with view of city and Sound. Each apartment has private entrance, large living room, full dining room, full tile bathroom with shower, large bedrooms, suitable for twin beds, modern kitchen with electric range and refrigerator. Radiant heat in ceilings. Storage lockers. Laundry room facilities." (See Aloha Terrace classified advertisement, Seattle Times, 05/12/1948, p. 26.)
