This Tudor Revival mansion was later occupied by the private Bush School. Spokane architecture firm, Cutter and Malmgren, designed this residence and the huge Stimson-Green House (1898-1899) on First Hill in Seattle. The former architect, Kirtland K. Cutter (1860-1939), produced the unusual, Jacobean Revival Rainier Club (1904) at 820 4th Avenue in Downtown, Seattle, WA.
