Boe and Edward Messett started this Aurora Avenue, fast-food restaurant on a property that once housed their cemetery monument business. At its height, the Dag's chain, named for their father, had 8 restaurants around Puget Sound. The business operated from 1955-1993.

This fast-food outlet was in operation c. 1962, during the Seattle World's Fair.
