The building had five floors, and a central, recessed entryway on the first floor flanked by shop windows. The second (or clerestory) floor had three large windows with fixed sash. Upper floors had 9 double-hung windows per floor on the front facade, group in 3's. A slightly stepped parapet rose in the center of the roofline.

Demolished to make room for the Century Square Office Building, erected in 1985.
