Building Notes

This 7-story, brick-faced building had Georgian details: quoins, a rooftop balustrade, keystones, and classical pilasters ornamenting the the first floor.

Demolition

Demolished; the Hotel Georgian was torn down in 1971 to enable a larger People's Bank Building to be built. At this time, the Italian Village Restaurant, Blue Mouse Theatre, People National Bank Headquarters and Hotel Georgian all were razed for the new bank.
