This mall occupied three lower floors of the Pacific First Center, and was geared to a high-end clientele. In late 09/1989, 2 months before opening, mall retail spaces had been 88% rented; initial tenants included: Gucci, Ann Taylor and Barneys New York, Benetton, 012 Benetton, Boxer Bay, Cerutti 1881, Niveau, (all clothing retailers) Daniel Louis Jewelers, Design Concern (gifts), Starbucks Coffee and Toppers English Floral Design. The new additions join three specialty retailers already announced as tenants. The 75,000-square-foot, three-level mall is now 88 percent occupied,
