King County Ron Sims occupied offices on the 32nd floor of the Columbia Center from 2001-to the present. On 10/06/2008, Sims proposed moving into the 8th floor of the county-owned Chinook Building in Downtown Seattle, WA, to save $4 million in rental costs.
