King County Executive Ron Sims moved from his offices in the King County Courthouse in Seattle, WA, after the Nisqually Earthquake of 2001; he moved to an office suite on the 32nd floor of the Columbia Center. On 10/06/2008, Sims proposed to moved into the 8th floor of the new county-owned Chinook Building in Seattle.
