Located east of Rotary Park Road, south of 5th Street on a peninsula jutting into Padilla Bay.

Amos Bowman founded Anacortes, naming it for his wife, Annie Curtis; it was she who named this portion of the city, for her relatives' home in Cap Sante, Quebec.

This park consisted of 37 acres covering a hill overlooking Padilla Bay, Cap Sante Marina and Guemes Channel.
