Neutra designed the duplex Koblick House for a steep site overlooking the Silver Lake Reservoir. The first floor unit consisted of a 16' x 17' living room, one full bathroom, a small kitchen and a 9'5" x 14'6" rear bedroom. A west-facing 9'6" x 16' terrace expanded the first-floor living room. The second floor apartment consisted of an ample 15'6" x 19' living room conjoined with a wrap-around terrace facing north and west. Two bedrooms were upstaris along with a small bath and kitchen.
