A revivalist architect, Loveless designed the wood-frame, three-story Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority House in the French Provincial Style.

Alterations and enlargements were made to the house in 1948, 1950, 1955, 1965, 1973, 1975 and 1976; in 1950, the dwelling's third floor was expanded and in 1956, the rear sun porch was enclosed; a large, 1989 addition by David Nordfors Architects produced a new dining room, bedrooms, and entrance alterations.
