Building History

Noted Seattle architect Wendell H. Lovett completed a design for Charles Simonyi's first house, 1988, containing about 7,500 square feet. Lovett also made an addition of two new wings in 20000, that brought the residence up to 21,000 square feet. The house stood four stories high, but within that volume, Lovett configured eight different floor levels.
