Arthur Loveless made a specialty of designing English cottages for comfortable neighborhoods around Seattle, WA. Woodbridge and Montgomery in their Guide to Architecture in Washington State (Seattle, WA: University of Washington Press, 1980), p. 180, indicated that this 1925 house was done by Loveless and Fey. It is possible that William Henry Fey assisted Loveless on this commission, but it was probably not Lester P. Fey, with whom Loveless partnered in the later 1930s-1950s.
