Building Notes

Unbuilt; Mitchell-Giurgola devised this plan as a joint public-private development effort. It was to consist of a 185,000-square-foot museum, 186,000-square-feet of retail space, 115,000-square-feet of parking (486,000-square-feet in total), and was proposed to have cost $40 million.
