According to newspaper account of 05/26/1887, the Sepulveda Block was to measure 45x82 feet and was two stories high. Two stores opened onto North Main Street and the upper floor hotel rooms were accessed from Olvera Street. The building was to cost $8,000 and to have been finished by the middle of 08/1887.
