From 1997 to the present, Woodmark was operated by MTM Luxury Lodging.
In 2008, this was the only hotel located directly on Lake Washington. At one time, the restaurant within the Woodmark Hotel was called "Waters." A succeeding restaurant, run by Chef Lisa Nakamura (previously of Qube), was "bin vivant."
