This apartment building stood at 2474-2478 Broadway.

The 2474-2478 Broadway Apartment Building consisted of separate housing units cobbled together over time. The eastern, two-story unit had Colonial Revival details, and was connected to a gable-front, vernacular house with prominent bracketing to the west. Its inclined Pierce Street facade had a haphazard roof lines and fenestration with two garage doors on the ground story. In 1915, several well-heeled individuals listed in the San Francisco Blue Book lived at this address. The conjoined apartment building occupied a 4,812-square-foot lot in 2011, and had 7,571 square feet of interior space. Zillow, com estimated its value at $2,667,500 at this time. It also listed a date of 1913 for its construction. (See "2474-2478 Broadway St.,"Accessed 12/02/2011.)
