This 12-story hotel opened in 2008 at a price of $130 million; Tulalip Tribal Chairman, Mel Sheldon, advocated for this risky luxury hotel, located 40 miles north of Seattle, WA. It adjoins the Tulalip Casino, a popular gambling spot, Tutalip Ampitheatre and Seattle Premium Outlets, an outlet mall.

At its opening, three cedar totem poles, carved by Tulalip artists, rose two stories in the main lobby.
