This was a very large, well-built estate, set on a flat piece of property studded with live oaks; a Spanish-Colonial Revival Style door frame from the Heller House has been preserved at the University Art Museum, University of California, Santa Barbara. The doorway stood between the library and the dining room.
a modernized kitchen was added by William Wurster and other architects made further changes;
demolished c. 1991, to make way for a luxury housing tract called "Heller Estates."
