Building History

Jeremiah Neterer (1862-1943) was a judge who commissioned this residence from Seattle architect Andrew Wilatsen (1876-1974) in 1915. The drawings for the house were dated 08/30/1915.

Building Notes

The Neterer House was a large, Tudor Revival building, with half-timbering facing the second floor. A gable roof, punctuated by third-floor dormers, covered the dwelling.

Demolition

The Neterer House was razed to make way for Saint Patrick's Catholic Church at 2702 Broadway East.
