The first owned was Joann Segel. The Los Angeles Times.com noted of the residence: "Fixed arcs of concrete frame views that are ever-changing. Original owner Joann Segel, a dance therapist, likened the effect to staying on the ground and flying at the same time." Later owners of the Segel House included actors David Arquette and Courteney Cox as well as former Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt and his then-wife, Jamie.
