This oceanfront motel complex consisted of a two-story, wood-frame building and cottages arranged around an outdoor heated pool. This two-story portion was built in the 1960s. In 2008, it was part of an increasing trend on the Oregon seacoast, in which motel rooms were being turned into condominiums, and then rented out by their owners throughout the year.
