This 4-story, mixed-use retail/apartment building had "Jacobethan," cast-stone ornamentation (to use Marcus Whiffen's term) on its front facade, seen particularly around the main apartment entry. The building occupied a 4,650-square-foot, .11-acre property. The Devoe Building contained 13,873 gross square feet, 12,712 net and had a wood frame.
