The projected completion for Enso was Spring 2009. Vulcan Real Estate developed this South Lake Union project. This building had 136 units originally, with prices ranging from $460,000 to $1.9 million. Units went on sale in mid-2009. By 07/2009, prospective buyers had not closed on any of the units, and prices were being cut across the board. This condominium was featured in an article by Eric Pryne in the Seattle Times , "Will steep price cuts fill high-end condos?" 07/14/2009, p.
