This small, minimal cabin designed for the architect Wendell H. Lovett (1922-2016), his wife and two daughters was completed in 1972.
The architect sold plans for this house commercially, and others were built in other parts fo the US.
Another, larger 2,469-square-foot residence designed by architect Paul Hoag had been built on the property by 1988. This house had two bedrooms and two baths.
In 06/2022, the two houses and 1.54 acres of land had an asking price of $2,295,000.
