This building predated 1872 and and was one of three that stood on the Commercial Street and Mill Street site (the other two being the Western Terminus Hotel and the Western Terminus Hotel) later occupied by the first Schwabacher Store in Seattle, WA. The Pioneer Bathing Saloon was moved to another location in 03/1872.
