This building predated 1872 and and was one of three that stood on the Commercial Street and Mill Street site (the other two being the Railroad House Hotel and the Pioneer Bathing Saloon) later occupied by the first Schwabacher Store in Seattle, WA. The Western Terminus Hotel was moved to another location in 03/1872.
