This motel, one of many built along Aurora Avenue in anticipation of the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, was closed down by the Washington State Department of Health in 03/2007 due to its finding of garbage, old tires, damaged furniture and a five-gallon container of "brown fetid water" on the premises.
