The Mariners Church complex was surrounded by Newport Coast Drive, Turtle Ridge Drive, and Bonita Canyon Drive.

In 2008, this religious complex consisted of a Worship Center (with cafe and bookstore), a lake and chapel, the Community Center, the Student Center (with a junior and senior high school), the Port Mariners Building, the Life Development Building and the Preschool Playground.
