This restaurant originated in 1994; at one time, another location existed in Newport Beach, CA, (opened in 11/1995) but this closed in 12/31/1999. It had disputes with the neighboring Four Seasons Hotel over noise emanating from the largely outdoor eatery. There was also a Twin Palm Restaurant in the Wyndham Anaheim Park Hotel c. 2008.
