This simple building had a garage door set in the center of its facade, flanked by two double doors topped by clerestories. At either end of the first floor, two entrances led to spaces on the first and second floors. (Facing the facade, the entry on the left led upstairs.) A bay window projected over the central garage or stable door. A sign reading "Boy Scouts of America" hung from the bay window and indicated the location of the Boy Scouts Hall upstairs. The roofline had two tiled towers at either end and shaped parapet in the Mission Revival Style in between. The walls were stucco.
Alterations had occurred to the facade by c. 1912, as two openings of the first floor facade appear to have been covered over.
