The Cooper-Molera Adobe has been cited as a quintessential example of the Monterely Colonial Style, combining Mexican adobe building traditions with Euro-American wood-framing techniques. The National Trust for Historic Preservation administers the 2.5-acre property which charges no admissions fee.
