Building History

The noted Seattle architectural firm of Olson / Sundberg designed the Olympic Block #2, completed in 1986.

On 04/11/2024, BH Properties purchased the Olympic Block #2 which at that time include the 1986 Olympic Block #2 and the neighboring Lippy Block. Together, these two buildings composed 74,660 square feet of space.
