Demolished; the Douglas Oil Company of California, headquartered in Los Angeles, owned three Southern California refineries and operated more than 300 service stations in the state and elsewhere in 1961; the Continental Oil Company (CONOCO) purchased the Douglas Oil Company of California in that year.
Demolished in 1968-1969. Demolished by the Cleveland Wrecking Company. After this was demolished in 1969, the company moved to leased space in the 530 West 6th Street Building, which also became known as the Douglas Oil Building.
