This bank building stands six-stories high and was part of the Long Beach Downtown Redevelopment Project of the early 1980s. When it opened in 01/1983, the building housed the Harbor Bank's corporate headquarters and a branch, an accountancy firm, insurance and real estate brokers, an investment firm, foreign trade companies, and six legal firms.
