Composed of wood frame, this small pavilion was covered with cloth suspended by cables. The effect was that of a ships sail, as the roof was curving and steeply-pitched. A central information desk occupied the center of this open tent. According to Peter Steinbrueck, this small pavilion may have been designed by his father, Victor, Steinbrueck.
