The Germanis operated the Italian Architectural Art Company on this site; they originally had a manufacturing facility on the north side of the property.
A two-story, simplified Italianate residence constructed in brick. Given a tight cubic plan, this building featured unusual arched openings on the first floor. The twisted columns framing the first floor windows and doors were derived from Italian models, but were used heavily in Spanish Baroque architecture, too.
This dwelling was altered in c. 1925 and again c. 1939-1940.
