Completely renovated in 2007. Owner Robert Gregg planned to spend $4 million on a complete renovation in 2006; a controversy arose over the nature and extent of the renovation. Gregg dismantled the building down to the walls, and seismically braced the original concrete structure. Rebuilding occurred in 2007-2008.
