The Myers Development Company of San Francisco, CA, financed the construction (at more than $300 million) of these two office towers silhouetted against the San Bruno Mountains. The North Tower was 21 stories tall, and contained 364,000 gross square feet; the south tower, 12 stories and 333,000 gross square feet. The south tower also was to contain a 200-seat theatre, 100-person childcare facility, and 11,500 square feet of retail space. The project also included a parking garage capable of storing 2,000 autos.

The two towers occupied one of the last six plots available for commercial construction within the San Bruno Mountain State and County Park. The site loomed over the busy U.S. Highway 101, lying just to the west.
