This small former inn had 29 residential units on 09/27/2006, when the University of Washington Medical Center took ownership of the property. It was formerly owned by the Safeco Insurance Company which moved to a Downtown Seattle location in mid-2007.
The lot on which the inn stood had 8,240 square feet (0.19 acres) in 2007. Three stories tall, it contained 17,910 net square feet of interior space. It had a wood frame clad with a veneer of brick.
