Located in the Sunset Hill neighborhood of Ballard.

The Sunset Hill Community Club, founded in 1922, built its two-story, side-gabled clubhouse in 1929.

The Clubhouse was renovated in 2000, and won a "Best Neighborhood Community Facility Restoration - Neighborhood Matching Fund Project" by the City of Seattle's Department of Neighborhoods in 2001.
