This structure was projected to be located at International Boulevard and South 160th Street, and was to have 2.1 million square feet. The project was jeopardized by increasing costs from the beginning of the planning project ($306 million) to 10/2007 ($400 million). Rental car companies became heistant to pay too much of the new cost as they felt that it would raise their prices to customers excessively.
