Plans for building this 500,000 square-foot corporate center were postponed in the early 2000s due to the dot.com financial crash. The project was revived c. 10/2007 by TriMet Development LLC and financing partners Diversified Real Estate Capital of Chicago, IL. They planned to purchase a nine-acre site within the 630-acre Talus Subdivision from its owners Intracorp and Olympus Real Estate Partners. Total development cost was estimated in 10/2007 to be 75 million.
