VRA Architects of Park Ridge, IL, designed this credit union branch and did two other buildings for the Watermark chain c. 2005, one in Burien, WA, and the other in Seattle, WA.

This 5,000 square-foot credit union branch had a steeply-pitched shed roof (facing west) that gave the building great interior light and a startlingly modern appearance.
