This factory built to serve a garment manufacturing company, was renovated in the 1990s by an internet startup that thoroughly renovated the building's electronic infrastructure. In 2005, King County Executive Ron Sims proposed the leasing of space at 1130 Rainier Avenue South as the county's Election Headquarters and Data Center; this was set to cost $31 million. Due to political concerns, it was not leased or built.

Unbuilt.
