The Central Area Development Association, a non-profit development group, financed this $22.4 million mixed-use project in 08/2007. The building would contain 59 apartments, 11,000 square feet of retail space, offices, and a sub-grade parking garage. Enterprise Community Investment, Incorporated and Washington Mutual Community Development Corporation made a financial contribution of $15.5 million in New Markets Tax Credits to help finance the construction. Washington Mutual, the City of Seattle and other groups combined to lend other funds to complete the building. Construction was scheduled to start in 09/2007.
