The Housing Authority of Snohomish County received part of $26 million in grants and loans given by the State of Washington Housing Trust Fund in late 06/2007. Olympic View Apartments were operated for senior citizens.

This facility consisted of 43, subsidized, one-bedroom apartments. All units were wheelchair-accessible. All tenants of Olympic View needed to be 62 or older and earn approximately $27,250 (for one person) annually or $31,150 for two.
