Earth Biofuels, a Dallas-based company, defaulted as a partner in this Liquafaction Corporation Biofuels Plant during its construction. Liquafaction, a Redmond, WA, company, was looking in 08/2007 for another investor to contribute $3 million to enable the remodeling of an existing facility into a biofuels production plant. If the money is raised the plant was scheduled to produce 36 million gallons of fuel per year and would be on line by 2008.
