Located in the Santa Ynez Valley.

This house was located on Townsend's El Robles Ranch in the Santa Ynez Valley. Oddly, Townsend studied animal husbandry, becoming an expert on the raising of pigs. (Information from conversation with Prof. David Streatfield, University of Washington, Seattle, 08/22/2007.)
