Key Bank of Cleveland, OH, signed a new naming rights agreement with the City of Seattle for $615,000 on 10/06/2008; when the Seattle Supersonics left the arena for Oklahoma City, the City of Seattle was paid $45 million by owner Clay Bennett to get out of his lease early; the agreement with Key Bank was renogiated in light of the Sonics's absence.
